In the following particulars this work will perhaps prove of special interest to teachers:
- A thorough treatment of Italian pronunciation, followed by graded exercises in which the difficulties are overcome one by one, and in which among other things , the student is made familiar with the names of the most important Italian cities and of the men most prominent in Italian civilization.
