A table of the French Irregular Verbs without any abbreviation, comparison or reference, as I have taught them to my pupils with satisfactory results. In this editionI have included the Auxillary Verbs, ‘Avoir’ and ‘Être’ ; and a model of the Regular Verbs in the four conjugations will be found at the end of the Volume.
The object of the book is to secure knowledge of the forms of the tenses. i have not given any English translations, as those vary according to the context, and have to be considered under the head of syntax, with which this little book is not concerned.”
